“Mommy?” My daughter tugged on my dress and looked up at me with her big innocent eyes. She opened them wider when she asked if her friend could stay the night with us. I smiled down at her, loving that I can make my daughter happy and tell her yes. In fact, I already spoke with my daughter’s friend’s parents and made sure it was okay. She was excited as could be when I told her that. I told her that we could play dress up and the two girls were all about it. I kept a camera rolling the whole time. First I started with things like a princess dress, and then it proceeded to me offering to let the girls dress up in big girl clothes. They were all about that! I was getting so turned on seeing them try to be big girls, I told them that best friends kiss and are very loving and touching. My daughter, who has already been raised right went straight to work on opening up her little friend and making her shyness dissipate. It wasn’t long before I was getting off watching my daughter give her friend ‘kitty kisses’.
